✅ Qualifications
✓ Education: MD or DO
✓ Licensure: Active Louisiana Medical License
✓ Experience: Preferred background in adolescent medicine, correctional health, or juvenile detention
✓ Technical Skills: Knowledge of HIPAA and juvenile health regulations
✓ Soft Skills: Leadership, trauma-informed care, collaboration

✅ Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide clinical oversight for 24/7 on-site medical coverage
✓ Approve standing orders and review youth health appraisals within 5 days
✓ Monitor medication administration records and adjust care plans
✓ Collaborate with Nurse Manager on clinic operations
✓ Ensure continuity of care with proper backup
