Hospitalist Locums need in Raton, New Mexico!

Job description

Coverage Details:
• Coverage/shifts needed per month: 2 weekends per month, 24hr call. Seldomly called back in unless it’s for urgent cases.
• Frequency of any Call needed: No beeper available but if they are not in-house must respond within 30 minutes
• Schedule Details: First and second weekends of the month, Saturday and Sunday one week, Friday through Sunday second week, shifts are 7am start through 7am next day.
Work Details:
• Support staff: med-surg staff
• Patient Volume: 3 per day
• Patient Age Group: all ages
• Procedures: none
• EMR/Documentation System: Cerner
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC Hospitalist
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: NM license required
• Certifications Req’d?: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Are vaccines mandatory?: mandatory Flu, MMR, Varicella and Hep B
