Temp to Perm- Primary Coverage in Rehab Setting

Job description

- Float between locations in York & Reading
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime with one weekend per month coverage- 7am-5pm typically, but there is flexibility with start/end time- can end day after all patients seen
- Temp to perm potential
- Census is 20-35 patients at each facility, only visit one rehab per day
- Primary Care coverage in post-acute rehab facility- no admits/discharges- care management only (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)
- Requirements: Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Active PA license & DEA
- $125/hour
