Hematology NP/PA Needed in Santa Monica, CA

Start date: January, 3 months with option to extend
Coverage Type: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 hour shifts
Schedule: We are looking for a provider who specializes in Neuro Oncology to cover every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as specified in the schedule attached in the practice description. 8a-4p
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 15
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: 2 years neurologic oncology experience required, or equivalent (must be relevant! Within the last couple of years)
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days - Activity logs within the last 2 years will be needed for privileging.
