Job description

We’re seeking an experienced NP or PA with a strong background in neurologic oncology for an outpatient hospital and clinic setting.

Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
Setting: Outpatient hospital and clinic
Scope: Outpatient clinical procedures

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of recent neurologic oncology experience (must be within the last couple of years)
Activity logs from the past 2 years required for privileging

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
EMR: EPIC
Certifications: Board Certification required

Licensure:
Active California license
DEA license required
