Job description

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in Hematology and Oncology for a rewarding locum opportunity in Lafayette, Indiana. This hybrid role offers a mix of outpatient clinic work and hospital call coverage in a collaborative cancer care setting.

Assignment Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 36 hours/week | Flexible between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Hospital Call: Every 4th or 5th week
Setting: Cancer Center & Hospital
Case Mix: 70% Oncology | 30% Hematology (primarily benign cases)
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Requirements:
Board-Certified NP
Active Indiana Medical License
BLS Certification
