Locums Oncology APP needed in New Ulm, MN:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p; 2-3 shifts per week
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Infusion Clinic; Outpatient
• Patients per day: 11-16
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Solid tumors and hematologic malignancies

Requirements:
• State License: Active MN license required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
