Schedule: Saturday and Sunday; 8am-5pm hours would vary but would need to be available to respond in-person to consults

· Support Staff: Physician available by phone
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 262 beds

Requirements:
· License Required: OH active
· DEA: required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
