Oncology APP needed in Edmonds, WA:
• Start Date: October 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 4x10s per week
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/outpatient
• Job Details: Managing patient infusions, assessments and possible infusion reactions

Requirements:
• State License: Active WA license required
• Certifications: DEA
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
