5/27 – 8 hour shift
5/29 - week night call 8p-8a
6/2 - week night call 8p-8a
6/3 – 8 hour shift
6/6 (8am)- 6/9 (8am) – 24 hour call for Hardin/Marion/Grady
6/9 - week night call 8p-8a
6/17 – 8 hour shift
6/18 - week night call 8p-8a

Work Details:
• Support staff: 1 app 1 RN 1 MA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 day
• Patients per day: 15-18
• Patient population/age: 18yr and older
• Department description: Hematology/Oncology Clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: no hospital attention
• Special procedures: no

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certification in Oncology is required
• License required: Active OH license
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Minimum experience required: 1 year

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No on call
