Seeking flexibility in your next Hem/Onc locums assignment? This opportunity offers a supportive team, steady patient volume, and the chance to be a key part of a brand-new clinic designed to expand cancer care services in the community.

📅 Start Date: As soon as credentialed, ongoing needs
🕒 Schedule: 8-hour days, 3–4 days per week | No call required
📍 Location: Washington
🔄 Coverage: Scheduled outpatient clinic only

Key Highlights:
- Outpatient setting | No infusions, BMT, or Breast Oncology
- Team includes physician, NP, RNs, and MA support
- Ideal for independent providers comfortable in smaller settings

Requirements:
- Board Eligible in Hem/Onc (Board Certified preferred)
- Active WA license or IMLC accepted (can assist with licensing)
- 2 years of procedure/case logs required
- BLS & ACLS required | DEA required

Credentialing & Travel:

Hospital credentialing: ~30 days | Payor enrollment: ~90 days (not always required)
