Hematologist Oncologist needed in Issaquah, WA

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8-5, Monday is an admin day. Looking for one full time provider to assist with coverage for this location. We are anticipating a 6 month contract and would like one provider who is able to work the entire need. We are not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long term nature of this assignment.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
