New locum 24 Hr call open for Nephrologist in Bloomington, IN-IN or IMlC accepted-$2,500 daily rate plus Callback after rounding

Some of the coverage dates are below:

August 25th-August 31st 
October 20th-October 26th 
November 24th-November 30th 
December 1st-December 7th

August 25th start with Temporary privileges available
EMR-Cerner
Inpatient Coverage

Rates
$2.500 for 24 Hr. guaranteed 
Call back-$225 for anything after 3 gratis

Schedule need is 24 hour on call with daily hospital rounding, after rounds and floor is stable provider would be able to take call off site.
Average of 3-9 consults per day
We do have vascular access and interventional radiology to support catheter placement. 
CRRT is available there are many machines. 
Plasmapheresis is also available as needed.
