ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2890679
• Location: Seattle, WA
• Target Start: June
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 7 x 24
• Schedule: one week of coverage per month starting ASAP. 7 days - Monday 8 am - Monday 8 am.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 7 shifts per week
• Patients per day: 3 – 5
• Patient population/age: Adult
• Department description: Nephrology
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 10 beds in department
• Skills required: Either trained in transplant nephrology or has experience taking care of kidney transplant patients. Duties would involve taking call for 7 days - Monday 8 am - Monday 8 am.
• Call Details: Consult on post-kidney transplant patients, write dialysis orders, manage kidney specific needs and also consult on liver patients that need nephrology input. They will all receive phone calls from other physicians, ER's, outside hospitals to provide advice on immunosuppression management.
• Skills Preferred: Management of dialysis patients, Management of post-renal transplants, Renal Biopsy, Hemodialysis catheter placement, Peritoneal dialysis
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active WA License or IMLC, DEA, BLS
