Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with ongoing potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + Weeknight Call (5:00 PM–8:00 AM)

Position Highlights:

Inpatient & outpatient nephrology coverage

Daily patient load: ~5 inpatient / 5–7 outpatient (Adult/Geriatric)

Supportive team including Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs

Full-time coverage needed, will consider consistent part-time options (no PRN)

Practice Settings: Clinic/Private Practice + Hospital

EMR: EPIC

Travel and lodging covered

Requirements:

Board Certified in Nephrology & completed fellowship

Active Wisconsin medical license (licensed candidates prioritized)

Must be able to practice full nephrology scope

Credentialing: 60–90 days
