Nephrologist needed in La Crosse, WI! Willing to license! Travel and Lodging included

Job description

Start Date: as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 8a-5p and weeknight call from 5p-8a
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Medical assistants, LPN, RN
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT needed. Will consider multiple PT to fill gap but must have consistent availability, no PRN providers will be considered.
· Patients per day: 5 in hospital inpatient and 5-7 in outpatient clinic
· Patient Population/Age: Adult/Geriatric
· Department Description: Inpatient and outpatient
· EMR: EPIC
· Skills Required: Standard nephrology scope of practice
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Nephrology board certification and fellowship required
· License Required: Active WI license. Will look at licensing candidates
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
• Standard nephrology scope of practice
