Aya Locums is partnered with a well-established practice in Wisconsin seeking a Board-Certified Nephrologist for a 3-month locum tenens contract with potential to extend. This role includes both inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic coverage. Candidates must be able to commit to a consistent schedule—no PRN availability will be considered.

🔹 Position Highlights:
Split Setting – Full Scope Practice: Inpatient and outpatient nephrology care with Epic EMR and full support staff (MAs, LPNs, RNs).

Flexible Scheduling: Anticipating 8–16 daytime shifts/month (8 AM–5 PM) and 5–10 weeknights of call/month (5 PM–8 AM).

Full Travel & Lodging Covered: All expenses paid to support seamless onboarding and performance.

📋 Job Details:
Specialty: Nephrology

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM + night call (5 PM–8 AM)

Coverage Volume: 5 inpatients + 5–7 outpatients per day

Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric

Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice & Hospital

EMR: Epic

✅ Requirements:
Board Certified in Nephrology

Fellowship in Nephrology required

Active Wisconsin medical license preferred (willing to license, but WI-licensed candidates prioritized)

Must be available consistently (no PRN coverage)

🕐 Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
