Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide short-term coverage at a Medical Neurology Surgery facility in northern California. This position offers a focused clinical schedule and an opportunity to work within a neurology team.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: November 2025 or later
• Contract Length: Short-term (4 total workdays)
• Schedule: One day of orientation and three scheduled 12-hour shifts (travel days not included)
• Scheduling Notice: Final dates provided with a 10-day notice
• Floating may be required (transportation coordinated by Aya)

Work Details
• Certifications: BLS (AHA required)
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• License: Active California NP license required
• Board Certification: Yes
• Minimum Experience: Neuro, stroke center, and inpatient ward experience required
• Would consider someone with neurology critical care experience
• Travel and lodging are fully coordinated
