Job description

This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new neurosurgery opportunity in Monterey, CA seeking coverage starting in March or April.

• Start Date: March or April 2026
• 6-month assignment with option to extend
• Full time, Mon-Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Hybrid setting: 70% outpatient & 30% inpatient
•Average patients per day: 15-20 (in clinic); 5-7 surgeries per week
• Epic EMR
• Credentialing timeframe: ~30-90 days
• Licensing: CA or willing to license
