Opportunity Highlights:

No call required

Flexible schedule with 3–5 days per week

Outpatient setting with strong support staff

Start Date: June 8, 2026
End Date: September 1, 2026

Schedule:

Clinic hours: 9am–4:30pm

3–5 days per week (flexible)

Work Details:

Setting: Outpatient

Patients per shift: 13–15

EMR: Epic

Support staff available

Responsibilities include outpatient visits, Botox administration, and follow-up on labs/tests

Must be comfortable working independently

Requirements:

Board Certified

Active California license required

DEA required

No hospital privileges needed

Can start prior to payor credentialing if needed
