Neurologist Needed in Santa Monica, CA

Job description

Assignment Details:

Start Date: 06/08/2026

End Date: 09/01/2026 (13-week assignment)

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only

Schedule: Clinic hours 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Coverage: 3–5 days per week (minimum 3 days; full-time preferred)

Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours/day (OT applies after 9 hours/day)

Call: None

Preference for semi-local providers

Work Details:

Setting: Outpatient

Support Staff: Yes (MA support)

Patients per Day: 13–15

Providers Requested: 1

EMR: Epic

Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient care, including Botox (botulinum toxin) administration

Work independently while collaborating with support staff

MA rooms patients; provider evaluates and treats

Complete charting by end of day

Follow up with patients on labs and test results

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3–5 years of residency)

Active California license and CA DEA required

Must be comfortable working independently and performing Botox injections

Credentialing & Interview Process:

No hospital privileges required (outpatient only)

Payor credentialing required; provider may start beforehand and bill under a modifier

Interviews will be conducted with the current physician; availability will be coordinated once CVs are submitted to expedite scheduling
