📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 8, 2026
🔹 End Date: September 1, 2026
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only
🔹 Schedule: 3–5 days per week (minimum 3 days), 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🔹 Setting: Outpatient clinic
🔹 No call required
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Payor credentialing required but provider may start prior to completion; no hospital privileges required

🏥 Work Details & Patient Scope
🔹 Patient Volume: 13–15 patients per day
🔹 Support Staff: Medical Assistant support provided
🔹 EMR: Epic
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient neurology clinic
🔹 Responsibilities: Outpatient evaluations, follow-ups, test/lab result management, same-day chart completion preferred
🔹 Skills Required: Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration, ability to work independently

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified in Neurology
🔹 Active California medical license required
🔹 DEA required
