Neurologist Needed in Bermuda Dunes, CA | 100% Outpatient | No Procedures, No Call

Job description

This is a fully outpatient general neurology opportunity in Bermuda Dunes, California, covering for a physician out on leave. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p, at two weeks per month and 40 hours per week, with no weekends and no call. The weeks can be scheduled back-to-back or alternating. Credentialing runs approximately two weeks, with a target start in mid-August, and travel and lodging are covered. This role is open to drive-in candidates only.

The practice is 100% outpatient and focused on bread-and-butter general neurology with no procedures. The physician sees roughly 12 patients per day, including about 6 new consultations, supported by one other neurologist and an APP. Documentation is in NextGen.

There is a strong preference for physicians with recent outpatient experience.
