Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Outpatient only)
Call Required: None

Clinical Details
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic

Practice Type: General Neurology with EEG and EMG testing

Supervision Model: Solo provider

Patient Population: Adults only

Patients per Day: 16–18

Skills Preferred: EEG experience (preferred but not required)

EMR: Epic

Additional Details
Minimum 2–3 weeks per month accepted

Support staff: 1 MD with APP (APP supports employed MD only)
