• Full time: Monday-Thursday (8 hour shifts)
• Board Certified required
• 14-18 patients per shift
• 60 day credentialing
• Requires hospital/surgery center privileges
• Temporary privileges are available
• 3 beds in department
• Stroke certified hospital
• Trauma level 2 facility
• Support staff: 1 MA
• Preferred Skills: Biopsy - Nerve, Biopsy - Muscle, Sleep Studies
• No admissions required
• No call
• Licensed in Idaho or IMLC
