Start Date: January 5, 2025 (or sooner)
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Coverage Need: Ongoing (multiple providers needed)

Job Details:
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 1 RN, 1–2 MAs, and office staff
Temp privileges available for an expedited start
Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurology
Active IL license (IMLC accepted)
ABLS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
Preferred Skills (not required):
EEG, EMG, NCV, Evoked Potentials
Nerve & Muscle Biopsy
Radiologic Exam Interpretation (unofficial)
Pain Management Procedures, Botox, Sleep Studies
Disability Evaluations
