Neurologist needed in Illinois to cover 7 shifts a month!

Neurology Locums Opportunity — Illinois

Start: March 2 (Ongoing)
Specialty: Neurology

Position Details

Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Shift Requirement: 7 shifts per month

Procedures/Skills:

EMG preferred

Read EEG & Continuous EEG

Stroke / Telestroke

Consult Structure:

If patient is admitted via hospitalist program, neurology consult will be placed

Call:

1–2 overnight calls (typically no need to present in person)

Clinic hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM + call coverage

In-house, telephone call, 30-minute response time

Patient Volume: 7–10 patients per day (3–4 consults daily)

EMR: Epic

Credentialing: 120 days

Patient Population: Adults 18+

Support Staff: All specialties available except Rheumatology and Pediatric Specialists

Requirements

Illinois license (No IMLC)

CSR required

Board Certified Neurology

Minimum 2 years experience

Site prioritizes providers who can cover 7 consecutive days (Mon–Mon)
