Location: A city located in the south-central part of Michigan. It plays an important role in the region both historically and economically. This city is situated about 40 miles west of Detroit and 30 miles north of the state line with Ohio. Facility: Neurology clinic that specializes in the non-surgical treatment of disorders affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system. The clinic offers comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for a variety of neurological conditions. Opportunity: Looking for a Neurologist to help with their ongoing need! Practice Setting: Neurology clinic Dates of Coverage: June 10 until a permanent position is filled Rate Type: Daily Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Practice Demographics: 95% Adult 5% Pediatric Patient Load: 16–18 office/clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day) Other Neurologists Present: Yes Group Composition: 3 Physicians 0 Advanced Practice Providers Onsite Facilities: Lab X-ray Office Ancillary Staff: 1 RN Navigator 4 Medical Assistants (MAs) 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level: 2 Board Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible State License Preference: Prefer providers with an existing license to expedite the process Certification Requirement: BLS Required Neurology Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial) EMG (Electromyogram) Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox) Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
