Locum Neurologist Opportunity – Michigan Offering $280/hr

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Neurologist to join a well-established outpatient neurology clinic in Michigan. The role is ideal for a neurologist who enjoys a balanced outpatient schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to work with a diverse patient population.

Practice Highlights:
Setting: Outpatient neurology clinic with onsite lab and X-ray facilities
Team: 3 physicians, supported by 1 RN Navigator, 4 Medical Assistants, and 3 Customer Service Representatives
Patient Population: Primarily adults (95%) with a small pediatric population (5%)
Patient Volume: 16–18 clinic patients per day, averaging approximately 7.2 hours of patient care
Schedule & Coverage:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Coverage begins as soon as credentialing is completed

Procedures & Clinical Responsibilities:
Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
EMG (Electromyogram) testing
Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration

Practice Environment:
Epic EMR system for documentation
Level 2 trauma support available
Collaborative, patient-centered clinic culture

Requirements:
Board Certification in Neurology
Active Michigan medical license
BLS certification
Clean background highly preferred
Availability for full-time work
