• Support staff: 3 MDs, 1 RN, 4 MAs
• Coverage Type: full time only
• Schedule Details: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 8hrs

Work Details:
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic EMR
• Avg. Daily Census: 16-18 patients per day
• Patient Age Group: 95% adults, 5% peds
• Procedures: Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial), EMG (Electromyogram), Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC Neurology or a TRUE BE (meaning finished residency within 3 years)
• State License(s): MI or IMLC
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. NPDB is required
