Job description

Neurologist Needed in MI – Inpatient/Outpatient Mix

Schedule: 8 AM–4:30 PM | Inpatient/Outpatient mix

Outpatient Clinic: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, 1 PM–3 PM (within regular onsite hours)

Call: 24-hour weekend inpatient call (8 AM–8 AM) and after-hours outpatient call

Patient Population: Adults

Patient Volume: 6–8 patients/day

Responsibilities:

Inpatient hospital coverage when not seeing outpatient appointments

Inpatient and outpatient EEG interpretations as needed

Required Procedures:

Radiologic exam interpretation

Lumbar punctures (spinal taps)

EEGs

Brain death examinations

Evoked potentials
