$300k - $400k Compensation package + benefits
Full time (4 days per week)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician to join our team as the Medical Director of medical practice in Cincinnati, OH. This is an active clinical role with weekday hours. Ideally, the incoming physician is passionate about ortho biologics and regen medicine, has orthopedic/pain Management clinical experience, as well as musculoskeletal joint injections experience. We will consider a variety of backgrounds to include Orthopedic Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, or Pain Management Specialty but will also consider a Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician with regen med/orthopedic/sport medicine experience. Must be outgoing, personable, and excellent patient engagement.

The job entails joint injections as well as educating patients on treatment options and guiding them gently to decide for their health. As a leader in the field of regenerative medicine, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our clinic's mission to provide cutting-edge regenerative care through innovative regenerative therapies.
Responsibilities:
• Recommend and explain best pain management options for patients, and knowledge of the regenerative therapy procedures.
• Orthopedic and Pain Management focused exams
• Joint injections in an out-patient setting
• Bone Marrow Aspiration procedures
• Review and interpret X-ray and MRI
• Work closely with our Consultation Coordinator and maintain a high START rate
• Supervise and review the work of PA-C’s under your direction in the clinic
Licensing and experience:
• MD/DO licensed to practice in OH (also Licensed in KY a plus)
