Schedule: 24 hour beeper call
Work Details:
· Support Staff: Monday – Friday, 8a to 4p, the Rounding RN and PA are able to do some minimal assistance but also have clinic during the day so aren’t a 1:1 assist in the hospital.
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 10 days per month
· Patients per day: 10 – 12 per day for rounding and monitoring. If Dr. Chopko and Dr. Ghinda are on site when the locums are covering they will assist with rounding and post-op follow up.
· Patient Population/Age: 100% adult
· Department Description: Beeper Call Coverage for the hospital
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital Bed size: 326
Practice Setting:

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
· License Required: OH license (IMLC works as well)
· DEA: Required
· Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year
Credentialing Timeframe: emergency offered
