About the clinician's workday
The neurologist will provide comprehensive inpatient neurology services including radiologic exam interpretation, EEG administration, brain death examinations, EMG procedures, evoked potentials testing, and dysphagia screening. Additional responsibilities include ventilation management, evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues, and EKG interpretation. The position requires full-time coverage from Sunday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with call responsibilities as needed. Board certification in neurology and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements.
