Practice Setting & Case Mix
• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
• Trauma Level: Adult II–IV
• Patient Population: Inpatients requiring neurology consults
• Consults Include: Stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation, other neuro conditions
• Support Staff: 24/7 APP coverage
• Tele-Neuro: Initial stroke consults handled externally
• EMR: Patient Keeper and Meditech
