Job description
Neurohospitalist – TX
Schedule & Call Model:
7-on / 7-off schedule
24-hour on-call model
General Neurology call is 24 hours (includes non-stroke/tPA calls)
Telestroke call shared monthly across providers
Clinical Details:
Average 8–15 inpatients per day
4–5 neurology consults daily
Telestroke volume ~4 cases per day
Read own EEGs and continuous EEG
IR performs all lumbar punctures
Environment & Certifications:
Level I Trauma Center environment
Comprehensive Stroke Center (DNV certified)
Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurology
