Locums Neurohospitalist Needed in San Antonio, TX

Job description

•Telestroke call that is split for the month as well as 24 hours Neurology consult services with unrestricted evening and overnight 24 hours per day call coverage for General Neurology (nonstroke/tpa services)
7a-7p onsite coverage and tele stroke/ general neuro call

Work Details:
•Support staff: PA/NP
•Patients per shift: 15
•EMR: Cerner
•Details: Telestroke call that is split for the month as well as 24 hours Neurology consult services with unrestricted evening and overnight 24 hours per day call coverage for General Neurology (non stroke/tpa services) Average daily census – 15 patients per day Neurology consults x 4-5 per day Telestroke x 4 per day EEG and continuous EEG Comprehensive Stroke Center (DNV)
•Practice Setting: Inpatient, telehealth
•License required: Texas
•Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP (30-90 days)
