Job description

Work Details:

-Date: ASAP-June 30, 2025
-Skillset/Procedures: clinic primarily sees Parkinson's patients, tremor (motor + non-motor), ataxia, dystonia, and other specific Movement Disorders diagnosis. Experience or certification in this specific specialty is needed. Botox administration is preferred but not required.
-Patient per shift: 10-12
-EMR: Epic
