Aya Locums is seeking an Optometrist for a part-time role at an IHS facility in Lawton, OK. This ongoing contract offers a consistent schedule and accepts any U.S. state license.
📍 Lawton, OK – IHS Facility (Chenega Government Mission Solutions)

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 2 days/week (Mon–Tues), 8am–5pm
Setting: Acute care hospital
Details:

6+ month ongoing contract
Bread-and-butter patients
All-inclusive (no travel reimbursement)
Any US state license accepted
US citizenship required
Credentialing: ~60 days
Must submit NPDB self-query, board cert documentation, and IHS form for Oklahoma
No felony history, unresolved federal debt, or recent malpractice
