Optometrist Needed! Brand-New FQHC Clinic! Part time or full time

Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
Coverage: Scheduled + No Call
Type: Locum Tenens | Open to licensing candidates | Open to full-time hours

Assignment Details
• Outpatient-only environment – general optometry cases.
• New clinic – patient volume still being established
• 1 week of EMR training/shadowing provided.
• Ideal provider can speak Spanish (preferred, not required).
• Open to part-time (Wed/Fri) or full-time coverage.

Requirements
• Active or eligible PA state license (open to licensing candidates).
• Board Certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-training experience preferred.
