Aya Locums is seeking an Optometrist for a new FQHC clinic in Allentown, PA. This outpatient role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to help launch a new location.

📍 Allentown, PA – FQHC Clinic

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (Wed/Fri), 9am–5pm
Setting: Outpatient clinic across two locations

Details:
New clinic launch
EMR training/shadowing provided
Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
Drive-in candidates highly preferred
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Open to licensing candidates
Ideal provider has 2+ years of experience
Bread-and-butter cases
