Primary Care Provider (MD/DO) – FQHC Clinic (Hospital-Based)

Job description

A hospital-based FQHC clinic is seeking a Primary Care Provider to support a newly opened clinic. This role will involve general primary care cases, with patient volume still being established (sister location averages ~32 patients per day). The provider will receive one week of EMR training and shadowing to ensure a smooth onboarding. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience are highly preferred, with a strong preference for Spanish-speaking and drive-in providers. Credentialing typically takes 60–90 days, and licensing candidates will be considered.
