Full-time ENT NP/PA needed in beautiful Montana!

We are currently recruiting a full-time ENT NP/PA for a health system located in beautiful Montana! Position offers a competitive salary and robust recruitment package. The ideal candidate will have experience in otolaryngology or a related specialty and a strong interest in providing comprehensive care for patients with ear, nose, throat, and sinus conditions

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments for ENT-related conditions

Assist with in-office procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care in collaboration with supervising physicians

Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions, including sinus disease, allergies, ear disorders, and throat complaints

Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery, and preventive care

Collaborate with ENT physicians, audiologists, and other clinical team members

Document care accurately and timely in the EMR system

Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Montana

National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

ENT, surgical, or specialty clinic experience preferred

Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
