ENT Locums Opportunity – Arizona | Call coverage only!

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified ENT physician for a locums assignment in Arizona. This is a bread-and-butter ENT role providing call coverage only. The facility is willing to license providers, and credentialing can begin with a pending license.

Position Highlights

Bread & Butter ENT: Straightforward call coverage, manageable patient load.

10 Nights of Call per Month: Flexible call coverage with steady scheduling.

Willing to License: AZ license required, but credentialing can begin with a pending license.

Position Details

Coverage: 10 nights of call per month

Practice Setting: Hospital-based

Procedures: General ENT (bread and butter cases)

Travel: Not included (local providers preferred)

Credentialing Timeframe:

Active AZ license: ~6 weeks

IMLC: ~2 months

Non-licensed: ~3 months
(based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history checks)

Requirements

Board Certification: Required in Otolaryngology (ENT)

Licensure: Active AZ license (willing to license; IMLC accepted)

Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred

Other: Must have clean malpractice and background history
