Job description

ENT- bread and butter
Shifts: 10 (consecutive), 24 hour shifts/mo
Includes 8 hours of clinic/OR daytime duties + night call Monday-Friday (5p-7a)
Weekend call only Sat/Sun
Callback is rare
Types of shifts needed: clinic, OR, call

flat rate -no travel or modifiers

Credentialing:
AZ licensed = 6 weeks
IMLC= 2 months
Non Licensed= 3 months
