ENT Locums Opportunity – Flexible 24hr Call Coverage in California

Job description

We have a locums ENT opportunity in California starting January/February 2026 offering flexible scheduling for consistent 24-hour call coverage.

Position Highlights:

Start Date: January/February 2026

Coverage: 24-hour beeper call (no in-house) – 7a–7a

Schedule Options: 7 on/7 off, consistent weekdays, or weekend-only coverage

Call Response: 30 minutes

Volume: Light call back – average 3 consults per shift

Scope: Bread & butter ENT — tracheostomy, abscess drainage, foreign body removal, epistaxis control

No trauma cases (non-trauma facility)

Patient Mix: Teens & adults (occasional under 13 for foreign bodies)

EMR: Epic (quick shadow/orientation)
