Aya Locums is seeking an ENT Physician to provide comprehensive inpatient and surgical coverage at a leading facility in California. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule of clinic hours and call coverage across weekends, allowing for meaningful surgical engagement within a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Call Coverage: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM on scheduled days (Friday–Sunday)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 120–180 days

Work Details
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• EMR: Athena and Cerner
• Preferred Skills:
– General Otolaryngology: surgical and non-surgical care
– Endoscopic procedures: septal, sinus, bronchoscopy (flexible and rigid), laryngoscopy
– Tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, extended parotidectomy, and radical neck surgery
– Facial reconstruction and cosmetic procedures including facial implants, blepharoplasty, and rhinoplasty
– Complex and general head and neck procedures

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required; fellowship training preferred
• License: Active California medical license required
• Certifications: BLS (AHA required)
• Case Logs: Minimum of 50 ENT cases completed within the past 24 months
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in both surgical and endoscopic ENT procedures
