EMPLOYMENT MODEL: HOSPITAL-EMPLOYED / FULL-TIME

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a patient-centered, two-provider ENT practice in Fort Collins. The ideal candidate will build a general ENT practice with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology.
This position offers a balanced 4-day work week: 3 clinic days and 1 OR day, along with low-volume call that is managed from home. You will work alongside two audiologists and one APP, providing care in outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
The practice is part of an integrated multi-specialty health system with a strong referral base, allowing rapid establishment of your patient panel. Brand-new clinic space features procedure rooms, individual offices, and all necessary equipment.
SCHEDULE & CALL STRUCTURE
- Clinic Schedule: 3 days per week
- Operating Room: 1 day per week
- Clinic Call: Low-volume, home-managed call, split evenly between providers
- Weekend Call: 1:2 rotation, very low volume
- Optional Facial Trauma Call: Physicians may opt in; not automatic
- Clinic Volume: 20–25 patients per day; 40 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow-ups
SCOPE OF PRACTICE / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general ENT care with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology
- Work in outpatient, inpatient, and OR settings
- Collaborate with audiologists and APPs for comprehensive patient care
- Participate in low-volume home call for clinic and facial trauma cases
- Maintain high standards of patient care in a Level 3 trauma facility
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Required:
. Truly Board-Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility, working toward Board Certification within 3 years) or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology
. Colorado medical license (or willingness to obtain)
. DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start)
. Clean malpractice record
. Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days of submission)
Preferred:
- Additional training or fellowship in Otology or Laryngology
