👂 Otolaryngologist (ENT) | Holiday & Ongoing Coverage | Scottsbluff, NE

Job description

Join a reputable regional hospital in western Nebraska providing full-scope ENT services. Ideal for candidates open to ongoing rotations or holiday coverage through the end of 2025 into 2026.

Position Details:
- Location: Scottsbluff, NE
- Start Date: November 17, 2025
- Contract Type: Scheduled + On Call required
- Clinic Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
- Surgery Day: Thursday
- Call: Monday–Sunday (solo coverage)

Coverage Need: Holiday coverage (Thanksgiving & Christmas) + ongoing 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off into 2026
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma Level: II

Practice Environment:
- Coverage Model: Solo ENT (no APPs)
- Support Staff: 2 LPNs
- Patient Mix: 60% adult | 40% pediatric | 1% trauma
- Setting: 80% outpatient | 20% inpatient surgical

General Otolaryngology:
- Surgical: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, PE tube placement
- Non-surgical: Allergy desensitization, hearing evaluations, general ENT consultations

Common Procedures:
- Laryngoscopy
- Tracheostomy

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active NE License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Level II Trauma experience preferred
- Availability for holiday and ongoing rotating coverage
