Perm - Physician: Otolaryngology (ENT) Needed in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Shift Type:
Standard day shifts (~8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekend: Rotating 1:4 call schedule (24-hour coverage)
On-call: 1:4 schedule, supported by hospitalists and APPs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with Vision 2030 goals

Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of ENT department

Deliver patient-focused care with minimally invasive surgical techniques

Collaborate across departments, including interdisciplinary cancer care

Drive innovation using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical platforms

Lead and mentor 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers

Develop research and education initiatives

Engage in community outreach to expand access and reduce healthcare disparities

Maintain robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time

Participate in shared call schedule (1:4)

Requirements:

Must be Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in ENT
Clinical experience beyond training required
Active NJ medical license (or willing to obtain)
BLS & ACLS
DEA & CSR/CDS
Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT
Malpractice history disclosure and documentation required
Proof of COVID and flu vaccination compliance
